Cob strip production process:

1. First apply solder paste to PCB solder plate by automatic brush solder paste machine. The coating uniformity and thickness of solder paste determine the quality and flatness of welding west piece, as well as the quality of welding chip.

2. Load the PCB coated with tin paste onto the vehicle, input and set the solid crystal program of the chip through computer programming, debug the direction and height of the solid crystal, and confirm the electrode direction of the chip.

3. Conduct a small batch of solid crystal test first, check the appearance quality of PCB with good solid crystal, determine the direction of solid crystal, whether there is tin paste attached, and whether the position of solid crystal is correct, and flow the checked products into the next process.

4. Put solid PCB board and wafer into reflow welding, set the temperature and speed of reflow welding, weld the LED chip firmly in reflow welding, and perform electrical test after baking to test whether the LED chip can shine normally

5. After testing the LED chip on the PCB board, the powder mixing process of silica gel and phosphor shall be carried out. According to the color temperature, brightness and other photoelectric parameters specified by the customer, different proportions shall be configured

6. Fix the PCB board on the dispensing machine for dispensing process. Dispensing process is the most critical process for the success of the lamp belt

7. After dispensing and baking, test the photoelectric parameters of the lamp belt to see whether the test data meet customer requirements

8. After welding the PCB board of 0.5 meters, connect it to the requirements of 5-10 meters, and pack the lamp belt with coils after gluing

9. Transfer to mass production after passing small batch test and no abnormality

The overall process of coB lamp belt production is rather complicated, and each step is related to the quality of the lamp belt. We need to treat each step carefully to ensure high-quality finished products.
